Q

I want to submit an abstract, how do I get started?

A

First you will want to create a student account here. After that you will have the option to submit an abstract and request a travel award.

Q

I’ve submitted an abstract or travel award, but I need to make a change, what do I do?

A

We cannot make changes to your abstract or travel award submission. If you need to make a change, you will need to delete your submission and make a new one before the deadline.

Q

How will I know if my abstract or travel award is approved?

A

You will receive a message from ERN team to let you know your abstract status has been updated in the portal.

Q

I am not a student but would like to review abstracts, how do I get started?

A

If you would like to help us review the abstracts, please create a reviewer account. We will follow up with abstract assignments.

Where can I find the general registration link?

A

If you did not apply for a travel award, or were not awarded a travel award, and your STEM Abstract is approved, please be sure to register at the link below before the general registration deadline.

Why was my abstract not approved? 

A

Abstracts were rejected for one or more of the following reasons:

1) Student did not follow the submission guidelines.
2) Student did not include or did not fully develop one or more of the required components of the abstract.
